Francis N. Fultang is a PHD researcher in Public Policy and Administration. He is the lead Volunteer Advisor to the Right to Smile Foundation on Protection issues. He has extensive experience in peace building, conflict resolution and conflict transformation. He researches on the protection and welfare of vulnerable groups including people on the move, people in informal settlements and children born in captivity. He is increasingly involved in climate conservation and waste management issues, access to sustainable clean energy in an effort at preserving the eco system from environmental degradation.
